After a day of wildlife viewing in the Addo Elefant park it was a treat to arrive at Chicane. Greg, the host was exceptionally welcoming. We had a bit of a chat with him, refreshed a bit in our room and then could use the braai/BBQ facilities. It is a wonderful entertainment space with all the bells and whistles. The room was clean and parking secured. The location is great in Sunland near the national park, although some roadworks are a bit of a nuisance at the moment. Hannah and Eric are absolute gems of hosts and they thought of every single thing to make sure we had the most comfortable and pleasant stay! They genuinely care about their guests and it shows in the attention to the details! The farm is a short drive from Addo and makes a perfect base for visiting the park. Greg and Julie make you feel so welcome and really looked after. The garden is beautiful, with plenty of space to relax. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped — and we even had our own little private garden. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back. The apartment was perfectly located for visiting Addo park. Close enough that we could easily do the night safari and a sunrise safari. Very private, safe and scenic accommodation with parking. Great helpful hosts, Jules and Greg, who made us feel very welcome. Beautiful grounds with a pond, views, and a cool relaxation area.
