An extremely cozy and family friendly apartment. We celebrated here Christmas as a family and felt great. It is spacious, with two toilets! and a bathtub. Everything is well equipped and we couldn’t find many issues.

Despite my short visit, I'm already looking forward to returning. The location is superb, exceptionally well-equipped (complete with Netflix and HBO) and was flawlessly clean. The host's guidance and recommendations greatly enhanced my experience. Would highly recommend!

The location is excellent, very close to NDK and to Vitosha boulevard, on a side street with plenty of shops and cafes in the area and lots of nice houses and trees. The apartment itself is more spacious than I expected, with all the facilities one may require for a vacation and very cozy. Wifi also available. The area is very quiet at night, as it is not a main street. Everything was clean and welcoming. Bonus points for the parking, as it is extremely difficult to find parking in the center area and it is usually time limited. Extra bonus points for being pet friendly :) Next time I am in Sofia, I will definitely choose to stay here, if available.

We had the double room with a balcony for 1 night (for couples) - It's in the heart of the city, everything is very close to you - The price is perfect, and no prepayments are needed - The host immediately contacts you and is very helpful even tho he doesn't speak English. I was able to leave my luggage behind for the last day so that we could enjoy our hiking trip - The mattress was soft and comfortable

Amazing amazing amazing! 100% would recommend! The apartment is small but super modern, clearly just renovated, very clean and with all the comforts. I truly enjoyed it and really can’t find anything wrong! The building is also clearly new and had a very useful elevator, and the balcony is just so cute. But what really made the experience amazing was our host. She was the nicest. Gave us tips and recommendations, was so kind and helpful and even gifted us a wine bottle and chocolates, and shampoo and body soap because we asked her. This really made our stay worth it!

An ideal place to stay in the heart of Sofia! The apartment was immaculately clean, stylish, and tastefully furnished with a modern vibe. Everything inside felt brand new and was clearly kept in excellent condition. It had all the amenities needed for a super comfortable stay. A huge plus: free parking right in the city center! The two bathrooms were a real convenience, and the location couldn't be better — central yet peaceful at night. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!
