This hotel is located on a stunning beach, offering breathtaking views, especially from the second floor—truly magical! The manager was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. Breakfast was great, and we loved that we could request exactly what we wanted to eat. The level of service here is exceptional, making it a rare find. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Property ,especially rooms and bathrooms are very neat and clean, AC remote battery very weak so not able to adjust temperature, you can include tea/coffe along with breakfast, and Hot water is not available in the bathroom, appart from these concern, it's very good Property giving feel like Home

What an amazing place, tucked away in the heart of Varkala. Our host Osuklama was a dream to be around and his staff were lovely. It was about a 5/10 min walk into town and the beach. Very clean rooms and good showers with hot water! If you’re looking for a super comfortable and affordable stay, this is your place! Thanks for having us guys 🫶🏼

Amazing and truly unique for a long and blissful holidays stay in Varkala in a paradise green garden right in the middle of a small jungle in between North and South Cliffs where the Ocean meets the Town. 5 minutes forest walk to the lovely Papanasam Beach and 5 minutes walk to the nearest Krishna Market with fresh food delivered every morning. Also next to Varkala Art Performance Centre and 2000-years-old Janardhanaswamy Temple. Here are 5 new, spacious and very clean villas with cozy terraces for a morning coffee in a shadow of the coconut palms. Kitchen with always fresh water and a fridge available 24/7. Laundry - upon request. Super friendly and kind people working here, achieving to excellency in whatever they do. Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers looking for a quite and peaceful place to stay in Kerala.

this place was awesome, will go there again with family and friends for at least a week's stay. Hari, the property owner was really helpful and a great company. they are adding up a lot more facilities to this stay and we were amazed by how much care they were taking while setting them up. the best part is that this place gives you the vibe of camping in a well-facilitated home but in woods near a backwater.
