The location is amazing, mountains all around. The windowview was incredible! Lots of amazing sightseeing nearby, including the brúarfoss waterfall that is only a 5 to 10 minute drive. The food and ice-cream from their own cows was also so so good! The first day I had the best sirloin steak I ever had! Not to mention the room which was so beautiful and cosy with all the wood :)

Nice open scenery, the place is very fresh and has all the things You need to prepare Your own meals (as a bonus there is gas grill outside). Location was favorable for our trip plan which was a mix of touristy places and fairly secluded ones.

    A little heaven on earth. The cottage is very cosy and confortable. The little river just outside in the garden make the surroundings so peaceful. It is the perfect place to watch the northern lights.

    The whole atmosphere of the farm experience was so lovely. We stayed in a cabin with a private bathroom/shower. The room was warm and cozy, the beds were comfortable. The farm has a cafe with ice cream and a restaurant where you can watch the cows eat. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast. Pancakes were especially yummy.

    Beautiful location, remote with stunning views. Very comfortable cabin, tastefully decorated with everything we needed. Responsive, kind and helpful host who made sure we found the place and arranged a digger to clear the drive when it snowed us in. The hot tub was SO GOOD.

    Everything! The farm is beautiful and had everything you need for a relaxing stay and even better we saw the Northern Lights! The staff are brilliant as are the food and drinks. We loved our cabin so cosy and romantic and enjoyed a dip in the hot tub.

    The location is great - near Gullfoss, the geyser and a lot of other attractions. The cabin is very nice and cosy. There is a hot tub in the site which is a nice extra.

    Wonderful experience! The cabin was big and spacious. The decor was charming and cozy. The cleanliness of the cabin was impeccable, and we felt completely comfortable and at ease during our stay.
