The apartment was well organized for 6 people. The location was close to a small center and 12 min walk to the old city center. Parking on the street with no issues. The owner was available all the time and fixed everything we needed. The view from the second floor was amazing.

Fantastic apartment, big and cosy, with wooden floors and gas powered tiled stoves, giving the vibe of your grandma's old house. Ideal location, right next to the town square but on a quiet street. Don't worry about the weather in Brașov, you will not want to leave the apartment anyway.

This apartment is a surprising little gem in a great location. Very close to the city center and the important sights in Brasov. The neighborhood is very safe and the people are nice and friendly. I liked the host's personal touch in proving lists for great restaurants and cafés in Brasov but also of what to visit within the city and in close vicinity. Communication was great throughout. A word of caution: the location is one of the older parts of Brasov, which means that the streets are very narrow. If you have a large SUV it can be a bit of a challenge to navigate some of the surrounding streets. Saying that, for us it created a humorous situation which we will remember for a long time.

we stayed here for 8 days and loved it. great quiet location on the suborns . the house is spacious and comfortable. there were also a few board games to play. the communication with the owner is minimal, but when we had an issue with the heat system that stopped working they fixed it in 1 hour.

Our stay at Cozy House was excellent. We liked the location, the Schei neighbourhood is a beautiful area in Brasov. We enjoyed walking to the city center, it usually took us around 20 minutes to get there. The house is very comfortable, equipped with whatever you need and very cute, with a nice garden. I liked the fact that we found a good and easy to use coffee machine there and the kitchen had all the things you'd normally expect. We did not cook but it did not feel like anything is missing. The host was very responsive and kind, our interaction was very good. The self check-in/ check-out is very easy and fast. The bed was very comfortable and the decor looked great. It provides parking for free if you have a car. And a very cute cat is visiting from the neighbours and sometimes expects you in the garden to pet her a little bit.

    The villa is located in a very quiet area. It is well equipped and has a lot of leisure places where you can hang out during the day : pool ( which is amazing ) , sauna, pool table. There is also the outside area where you can stay and enjoy cold drinks on a hot summer.
