A good experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Moustafa Disha, Mohammed Badr, and Mohammed Karim, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed, fresh linens, complimentary tea, coffee, toiletries, and daily laundry service. The hotel's location was ideal—close to key attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the city tour arranged by the hotel, complete with a personalized guide, Hazem, who was knowledgeable, engaging, and professional.

Set 500 metres from Great Sphinx, Comfort Sphinx & Pyramids Inn offers 3-star accommodation in Cairo and has a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. The staff here were outstanding. They were always trying to help make our stay more enjoyable. The balcony and the rooftop were great spaces to admire the pyramids. Situated in Cairo, 11 km from Giza Pyramids, Hyatt Regency Cairo West features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Spa room was great! Spacious with a jacuzzi, sauna and massage table and a big smart tv We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff went all out for us with room decorations and a small cake. Pool was nice for some relaxation and there was a pool table to help pass some time

I have stayed at other St. Regis hotels and so, I had high expectations. The Cairo hotel is superb. The quality of the bedding, the linens are the finest I have experienced as a seasoned traveller and someone well-versed in the business of linens. This is truly special as Egyptian cotton is the finest in the world, and it is nice the hotel put a focus on it. The breakfast is fantastic in the range and quality of offerings, the impeccable service provided by the staff, and, importantly the early and late hours it is open. I had room service which was top of the line in its selections and service. The facility, and rooms are gorgeous. No detail overlooked. The staff is polished, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to serve. Outstanding hotel in every respect.
