The room's interior design is fantastic—lots of small details that make our day. The breakfast was great, the snacks and coffee were great. Super clean and well-maintained. The location is great. Even the shampoo and body wash were great. Great music choice, and great staff. Will be back again

My stay at Signiel Seoul was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The view from the room was breathtaking – the panoramic skyline of Seoul from such a height is something I will never forget. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable – both the rooms and common areas were spotless. The hotel staff deserves special recognition for their incredible courtesy, helpfulness, and constant warm smiles. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and extremely comfortable. The mattresses were outstanding, providing a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The food was another highlight – whether dining at the hotel’s restaurants or ordering through room service, every meal was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. The room service was impressively fast and highly professional. In summary, Signiel Seoul offers not just luxury but also an attention to detail that is truly remarkable. My stay here was an unforgettable experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking excellence in every aspect.

All facility and services is fantastic

The hotel is very new and the facilities are great. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The beds and linen are great. The manager was very professional, kind and paid attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Clean, modern design, good facilities, well maintained.

I cant praise the owners high enough. Everything they did for me was beyond exceptional. Henry the manager, allowed me to check in early and check out late. Mr. Lee, the owner booked an Uber car for me as I had no idea how to book one in Korea. He paid with his own credit card and just charged to my room. Then he accompanied me to the pick up point. He insisted i sit in the back, Im guessing for safety reasons. He spoke to the driver, Im assuming to give instructions as the driver keeps on nodding his head. I felt very safe. After checking out , he insisted he helps me to carry my luggage to the pick up point. I have gained a new friend and he said the same. To me Seoul DDJ Stay is not just a hotel. It is a home. Their level of hospitality would be hard to beat even by those so called 5 star hotels. I have plans to visit Korea again, this time with family. Can't wait to check in with them again.I very highly recomend this business.

Everything was great , the staff the room the service Everything, exceed my expectations and the rooms was very clean , the concierge staff was very helpful.

The hotel was centrally located and close to public transport options - subway and bus. We booked a three bedded room and there was so much space to lay out our things, there was dedicated seating and table area as well. The beds were very comfortable and firm - perfect for us. However if you prefer a softer bed, this might too firm for you. There is also a free laundry area for guests to use - which was greatly appreciated! But the real gem in this hotel were the concierge staff. They were very helpful and professional; despite not speaking English we were able to communicate well with them using translation apps. We were checked in by a young woman about two hours before we could enter our room, but the hotel had already organised and cleaned our room so it was ready by the time we arrived. We encountered a mishap with our taxi transport on the way to this hotel, and the young woman at reception immediately jumped into action - no questions asked. She called many numbers to try and get hold of the taxi driver (luckily one of my friends took a photo of his registration on the dashboard) who dropped us off to help retrieve an item my friend accidentally left in the taxi. Without her help, I don't think we could have managed to get my friend's item back. We are so grateful for your help! On check out day, we were helped by a man at reception on booking a taxi for us with our numerous luggages. He was very patient and gave good explanations using a translation app. He walked us out to the meeting point and communicated with the taxi driver for us. We are grateful to your staff for being so helpful, kind and professional. Despite not being able to communicate through a common language, you all made so much effort to help us with the challenges we had.

Good location, markets and many restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful with a lot of food recommendations!

Everything was fabulous! The room was extraordinary, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was some of the best I’ve ever had. The 7/11 in the same building was amazing. I loved everything about this hotel.

Fabulous interior, architecture is phenomenal, most comfortable bedroom I’ve ever slept in! The afternoon tea, champagne and breakfast refreshments were an excellent treat. The infinity pool was superb alongside the beautiful indoor swimming pool.
