The staff were lovely and customer service was great. Overall I had a wonderful stay here and the location is perfect as it's only 10-15minutes away from the Medina market and not far from the garden majorelle. Our first trip in Marrakesh was wonderful because of great and professional stuff of the Ari Boutique hotel. The room was clean and we had everyday cleaning service. The breakfast was delicious. The reception managers were very helpful and polite. We arrived at 01:00 am, so beforehand I had ordered airport shuttle service. The driver had been waiting for us at the airport’s exit , when we went outside. I can highly recommend this hotel.
