The hotel staff are very polite and ready to tend to queries, book taxis, and provide information about attractions. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

There is a shopping gallery at the ground floor, including food store, where you can buy all you need during your stay. I had to leave earlier and hotel made reimbursement of my advanced paid amount within a few days after my departure. This is very nice and deserves respect. Next time in Mongolia I will certainly stay at this hotel again.
