The staff at the Nishat Gulberg Hotel (Lahore) were absolutely amazing—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. My every need was not only met, but anticipated with care and grace. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with a level of hospitality that suprised. Special thanks to Muzzamil, the Assistant Front-of-House Manager, and Haider, the F&B Operations Manager. Their exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service made a lasting impression. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible. Pakistani culture is legendary for its generosity and kindness towards guests, and the Nishat Hotel embodies this spirit perfectly. It wasn’t just a stay - it was a heartfelt experience that reminded me why hospitality is considered an art in this part of the world. The Nishat Gulberg is an intimate, bespoke experience i highly recommend! Finally, thank you also, to the hotel manager Sabir for your time and your kind advice regarding notable cultural sites and areas to visit - this proved very beneficial indeed. I was astounded to find a hotel filled with contemporary Pakistani art. My congratulations to the curators for giving me this exceptional experience. Having traveled many weeks through the "hinterlands" of Baltistan, I was amazed to have found this beautiful, well-staffed, and well-appointed venue. To top it off, there was a restaurant with a cuisine that excited my palate. Kudos to the owners of this gem of a hotel. This is a GO TO place.

The view from our room was absolutely amazing (big thanks to Mr, Azar with his warm welcome! He personally taking the time to show us the best rooms with the best views and he let us choose the room we like most! ). The property was huge, the garden was very well cared and maintained. Really picturesque setting. We loved the peacefulness of the property, a wonderful place to come "home" to, after crazy driving in the hustle bustle of the city. We met so many wonderful staffs, who then later become our friends. To name a few: Mr Niat Wali, with his bright cheerful smiles- very attentive, very friendly. He made us feel that we are the part of the big family, not just guests. Truly comforting. Mr. Shahid Ali, talking with him was always fun. He made us laugh and and his customer service skill is absolutely amazing. We got the freshly picked cherry from these two gentlemen when we were there! special delivery to our room too! And we got the honor to meet and sit with Mr Ali, the owner of the hotel. A great man indeed, so much wisdom, so humble, and so much life experiences that he shared with us. Oh,The breakfast was one of the bests we had during our trip in Pakistan.
