Honestly everything thing was excellent...the staff was amazing starting from Omar the reception manager ending by the restaurant staff ( their manager,Anjilika and Nitish. The GM him self Mr Reda was there to please all customers.....honestly I haven't met such lovely,smiling and helpful people. Only one small thing the supervisor of the cleaning department should check rooms time after time....few missing details

L’établissement Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana Doha se trouve à Doha, à 3 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Al-Arabi Sports Club. I can’t fault the property for anything. The room was quite large and really wonderful, and for a good price/quality ratio in an expensive city like Doha. The beds are immensely comfortable, the bathroom is beautiful and well appointed, and you even get bathrobes and slippers. There is a charging station for your electronics and there is an insulation wall behind the TV so you don’t hear that annoying noise from your neighbors. The property is not in a fancy tourist area of the city, but more in what looks to be a middle class residential neighborhood. But it is a five minute walk from the metro, which I highly recommend using in Doha as it is exceptional, and a five minute walk from a large supermarket. The area is exceptionally quiet, and I slept very well here, which is rare for me, as I am a very light sleeper. The staff is also very kind. They even brought me a heater during my first stay (I stayed here twice on layovers to and from Vietnam) when it was too cold in my room, and the air conditioning could not be adjusted up. All in all, I thought the hotel is excellent, and would definitely stay here again.

We were both very impressed with our 2 night stay at this property. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and extremely quiet overnight. And it was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen and pillows. A good selection for breakfast. Loved the rooftop pool. Close to Souq Waqif which is well worth an evening visit.

L’accueil du personnel de l’hôtel est excellent, mention spéciale pour Ikram & Yassir qui m’ont octroyé un accueil des plus remarquables. Hôtel magnifique avec d’excellents services. L’emplacement, la chambre et ses équipements, tout est bien pensé. Je recommande !
