I had a fantastic experience with Jahangir Hotel People Tours! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located — perfect for exploring the area. The rooms were well-kept, with good amenities and very friendly staff. It felt like a home away from home. What really made the stay special were the tours arranged through them. Our guide was knowledgeable, punctual, and passionate about sharing the local history and culture. The tours were well-organized, reasonably priced, and flexible to our needs. I loved how convenient it was to book everything in one place — no stress, just smooth and enjoyable travel. Highly recommended for both accommodation and local experiences!

Location is great, walking distance (15 mins) to Amir Timur, and also easy to get a Yandex taxi to any other places. (although a little bit distance to tourist attractions, but Yandex is easy to find and very cheap in Samarkand.). Hotel staff are very very very nice, always willing to provide support. Complimentary drinks are also offered when we back to the hotel. What surprised me was, when we checked out, hotel gave us a souvenir as gift and offered us free transportation to the railway station. In a word, it's a perfect hotel, with nothing unsatisfied!! It worth a 10-score!!

The resort's location was excellent, with lush green areas and beautiful views. The restaurants and spa facilities were outstanding as well. This allowed me to spend peaceful, relaxing vacation time with my family.

Amazing hotel staff were very accommodating giving us somewhere to store our bikes and then helping me when I had an issue with my bike.

The owners and employees are quite friendly. I arrived in the hotel in the morning. It was not yet the time for check-in. The hotel invited me to have their lunch first, while they were making up the room for me. In addition, they were helpful and were willing to recommend the places which you can consider to visit. Furthermore, the room is quite clean and comfortable.

The bed is so comfy and soft and big. The staffs are so friendly. The hotel and room design is beautiful. The location is great. Great stay.

This was the most expensive hotel of our Uzbekistan trip, but it was worth every penny. Though rated 4 stars, it easily matches – and even exceeds – 5-star standards. Opened in April 2024, the hotel is brand new and impeccably managed by a highly professional team. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with care to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. We were warmly welcomed, with staff assisting promptly with luggage and check-in. Every team member – from reception to housekeeping – was exceptionally polite, friendly, and eager to assist. Our room was a perfect blend of cleanliness, spaciousness, and modern design, with charming Uzbek touches. It came fully equipped with all essentials and delightful extras, such as an aroma diffuser, which added a special touch. Overlooking a serene courtyard with a pool, the room was peaceful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of traditional Uzbek dishes and classic continental options. The variety and quality were outstanding. The spa was cosy and relaxing, with a hammam, Finnish sauna, and a small pool. Although we didn’t use it, there’s also a fitness centre available. The hotel’s location was excellent, serving as a convenient base for exploring the area. Special thanks to Firdaz (Fedya) for his help with our luggage and his excellent recommendations. Additionally, we appreciated the thoughtful Christmas and New Year gift we received at checkout. Highly recommended for a luxurious stay in Uzbekistan!
