Was an exceptional stay! The kindness, smile and helpfulness of everyone was fantastic. From our check-in with Anastassiya, to Geeta during bfast at the restaurant, Chandra and Joseph as very helpful security officers and both Prateek and Rahul as duty managers were so kind. The whole housekeeping team were also excellent, with a very high level of cleanliness and discretion that was highly appreciated. Last but not least both Mohamed are outstanding Valets! Our stay was a real pleasure. Moreover hats off to the whole team for keeping up with duty on the NY Eve And Xmas Eve. For me those staffs deserve a special mention/ reward.

Perfect and quiet location. Thank you to the most helpful staff (receptionists, housekeepers, restaurant staff, doormen and others making our stay there special one). Metro station is in a minute from hotel, shops, food courts and coffeeshops are in a 2-3 minutes walk. City Center Deira mall is in 5 minutes, the place is perfect for business and leisure.
