Very nice and clean room in a beautiful green area with a nice view of the pond. The hotel is beautifully located in a quiet neighborhood, nice for a walk. Great place to take a break during a long trip. The breakfast was also very good, with a great variety. Please note that frogs are quite loud at night (it could depend on the time of year), so if you’re sensitive to noise, it might be a problem.

Lovely place with the best location! The staff were supernice, the breakfast was great! The room was so estetical with the nicest colour matching and high ceiling! Just loved it, and would definately stay here again if going to Graz!

2nd stay in a mercure, first time in Graz. Check in easy and parking too. Staff were very helpful, the barmaid/kellnerin was amazing. Room was clean, a/c working and easy to use.

It is a very old (XIX cenutry) hotel which used to be be 5* but now reconstructed into a boutique hotel. Perfect location to visit Graz - you are literally side by side to the famous art museum. Huge rooms, helpful people, great breakfast. If you want to sleep in the same place as Arnold Schwarznegger or Dalai Lama - just do it!

This modern hotel next to the Main Train Station in Graz is within a 10-minute walk from the historic Old Town and the Kunsthaus.

Unbelievably, terrific hotel. Huge breakfast selection, excellent options, tremendous amount of breads and pastries. General Manager Thomas P was a fine gentleman and helped us with our booking situation. 5 stars to him. Location is excellent.
