Parking, large and clean rooms, satellite tub, good Wi-Fi, practically business hotel on the industrial district of Wien! Very good price and location! There is N309 bus from Hauptbahnhof that is the the main railway station and only 30 minutes away, Billa, restaurants to eat, supermarket Hoffer, Farmacy in the parking on the first floor of the hotel and a small lake to swim. Perfect place!

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

Due to external circumstances I booked the room late evening before arrival and arrived late because of traffic problems. Lady on reception was wery kind and helpfull, all issues were solved before my arrival via telephone (when I stayed in the queue on the road).

We had a very pleasant stay!! This hotel is affordable, clean and super close to the metro. The room was always warm with abundant hot water for our showers. Very helpful staff as well! Keep in mind , that although the beds and the bathroom are clean there are some big visible stains on the carpet and on the walls. All in all, it’s a great choice for saving some money when visiting Vienna if you are not super picky.
