Very clean rooms, super helpful staff . They upgraded our rooms to make our stay with our 2 kids more comfortable. They could not provide an extra bed and gave us an extra room free of charge. Many thanks to the young receptionist who helped us on 20th January! This service does make a huge difference ! Restaurant had of the best dishes we have tried in Belgium . Often shuttle buses to Brussels and transportation to other locations.

One of the most enchanting aspects was the collection of coffee table books scattered throughout the hotel—beautifully curated selections on architecture, art, and travel that made me want to stay in rather than explore Brussels. Our hostess, Sophie, was very helpful and friendly. Since we had an early train in the morning, we had to have breakfast outside of the normal breakfast hours and she came early and prepared a very nice breakfast for us. The apartment was very closed to the city center, historical places and markets.
