We absolutely loved everything. The room had a view of the mountains and was very comfortable. The spa was fantastic! We also booked massages which were amazing. The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. The shuttle took us into town but it wasn’t too far to walk when the shuttle wasn’t running.

The Zigen House features a traditional tavern with an open fireplace and en-suite rooms offering views of the Pirin Mountain.

We loved this holiday so much we booked the same room again for our annual ski holiday. The location was excellent (perfect balance between old town and the gondola for the mountain), the hosts were better than we could have hoped for in every way, the views of the mountains was incredible and the place was very well built and maintained.

Beautiful spacious room, wonderful view from the terrace. Great swimming pool and spa area. Good value for money. Very relaxing stay. We had a car and didn't come to ski so we didn't mind the distance from the gondola. Very recommended!
