The hotel is a few meters from the Interlaken West train station. I really appreciated the fact that I received an upgrade to a superior room type. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows, extremely kind and always smiling staff. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed every day.

This is an incredible place. Thanks to this hotel, I want to come to Thun many more times! In our huge room, there was a shower right in the center of the room, this is very cool, thank you! A lovely lady greeted us for breakfast, helped with all our questions and prepared us a delicious fresh breakfast! Beautiful spacious room. Despite being a corner room facing into the street there was very little noise. Hotel is centrally located, 10 minute walk from the train station. Very friendly staff. Wonderful Tex/Mex restaurant in the hotel itself.

Yhe hotel.was the perfect location just outside the main town of Thun. A 3min bus ride from right outside the train station yo right outside the hotel, perfect! The setting was beautiful, right on the lake. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with the restaurant overlooking the lake. The room was perfect size.for the 2 of us with bottled water left for.us daily. The bonus for is was the spa. Open until 10pm but it can be later if requested.
