The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me to the places I wanted to go and showed me which buses to take. Also the location is perfect as it’s just a very walking distance to the Interlaken Ost and even to the center! And the breakfast and even the restaurant at night, are both great!

The spa is wonderful and included with great sauna and steam and a very good size panoramic pool. The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. Incredible breakfast with wonderful staff.

Emmental is in a great location with super friendly and accommodating staff. They went out of their way to provide both gluten free and vegan breakfast options. we also enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. The country and western theme downstairs was really fun.
