Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient...very welcoming. View from the room was INCREDIBLE! We saw sea otters numerous times as well as a variety of sea birds. Room was a good size and well-maintained. Breakfast each day had an excellent selection and was fresh and regularly replenished. Could not fault hospitality team...wonderful.

This was a wonderful place to stay during our time in Valparaíso! Location was perfect, room was super clean and had lovely views of the water and city. The staff are amazing. Our Spanish is very poor and we had no problem communicating at all. They had suggestions for eating, sightseeing, helped us with taking a bus to Santiago, etc. The breakfast was really good, lots of choices and eggs made for you. The room was very comfortable, with very little street noise even with the window open. My daughter also had a massage arranged by the hotel. She said it was great :) The location is very good, easy to walk anywhere.

Very well appointed and comfortable. It’s situated n a very good location near plenty of restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for the superb staff . The front of house team were exceptional, Marcos in particular was so very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent value for money

A lovely old building that has been renovated into a charming hotel, outdone only by the welcoming and very friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The espresso coffee was also very nice.

The view of the harbour from the breakfast room and the terraced garden is stunning. The gardens are beautifully tended, with comfy seats and eating area offering sun and shade. The hotel is situated on a quiet street in a very nice, and central area, and the colonial style of the building and its furnishing and decoration are beautiful. Such a comfy bed, and a lovely spacious bathroom. Good selection for breakfast. Everything spotlessly clean. Rosa and her team are the best! So welcoming, friendly and helpful. They arranged transfers for us, gave us great advice on places to visit, and spent a lot of time arranging car hire for us on a last minute request. They really could not have done more to make our stay in Valparaiso so memorable.
