Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!

The reception staff are amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable The hotel is very close to all types of transportation, including buses, metro, and trams. My experience at this hotel was wonderful, and I will never forget the smiles of the receptionists. They were all wonderful and helpful, without exception.

The hotel was very well-maintained and perfect for business needs. The meeting rooms were professional and fully equipped. The WiFi was fast and stable, which made it easy to work and attend meetings online. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Bianca is so welcoming and made us feel like if we were home. The family suite was so perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teens. Bedroom very quiet, no noise whatsoever from the street, comfy beds and bedroom beatifully decorated ! And on top of that a fantastic breakfast served in the winter room with homemade delicious delicacies and everything you wished for to start your day !!! Thank you so much for having us :)

Sehren was our morning host most days and his professional and courteous demeanor were such an Excellent way to start each day. Our night host (sorry, I didn’t catch her name was equally Amazing! WOW!!! The stay was wonderful, the service excellent, and just a true pleasure to use as our base for touring Munich.

Great hotel. I stayed with children, the breakfast was really delicious with diverse choices of fresh and good quality food, drinks and pastries for dessert. The bedding and towels were really great. My younger daughter reminded me several times to write a good feedback to the hotel. It’s rare for her. We didn’t have car at Munich but the public transport worked well to get to the centre and other destinations. Highly recommend for families and business travellers

    The hotel is located at Unterchaching district, 5 min walk from Sban. It's a lovely, quite neighborhood with cafeterias and restaurants nearby in 10-20 minutes walk. The staff is extremely polite , especially the receptionist that welcomed us the first night.
