The hotel is close to the centrum, and it is easy to walk your way around. The staff was very helpful. Theres toilets in the lobby ( a little downstairs), so you dont need to rush to the room (opened by your door key) We had some shower issues that were fixed in a split of a second. The bed was big and comfortable We could connect the phone with the TV and stream some Netflix on it, fast WiFi.

the staff are super friendly, especially the Mr.Knut showed us very nice rooms and warm service. The architecture and design of hotel is by Arne Jacobsen, eggs chairs and each room have swan chair, nice modern and quite big room. Breakfast menu was very rich as well.
