We loved the customer service lady she was so helpful, the welcome we received when we get out from the taxi we loved their smile and always asking if we needed help anytime we are talking to them. The concierge man is indeed someone that is really caring and loves his job. We will surely come back again and will spread the news to our friends.

    I chose Radisson because it's so close to the airport (I arrived late and didn't want to drive on at night). The interior design (lobby with "open" patio, rooms etc.) was very attractive and fully correspond with the 4-5 star rating of the hotel. The selection of dishes for breakfast was also very good (except for the missing orange juice). Upon check out with the quality manager (by chance), she was really interested in learning what they could do to improve in my rating (I said I would give an 8 of 10).
