We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will definitely come back during our next holiday. My husband had already visited the Waldorf in the Maldives, and we were very happy with the experience here in Cairo as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, especially Abdallah (the lifeguard), Esraa, and Maryam, Nourhan,Nour ,who were waitresses at Ayda Restaurant — they were so kind and made our daughter feel very special. The Head Chef was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious — everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The reception team was very helpful, and housekeeping was outstanding. The hotel is super close to the airport wherefore you can sleep a little longer when you have a flight in the morning. The hotel itself was great and offered everything you would ask for. Great dining options and a sportsbar.

The big, spacious and clean room. The toilet and bathroom are spacious with nice towels and everything needed. They offered me a delicious cake with a nice note as a welcome.

The breakfast was superb, highly recommended with a great selection to choose from. The staff were great and the location was perfect. Great views of the river. The Osmanly restaurant was also superb as was the service and choice at the Roof Top area.

Room, breakfast and location is good. Saigon restaurant food was amazing. Salma from Golden Lounge was very helpful and pleasant.

One of the best hotel you can find in Heliopolis ! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. I must give a special mention to the staff of the Noble House : Khaled, Ayman, Eva, Youssef, Abd Elfatah, Walid, Chef Hassanein, Chef Abd Elaziz and Chef Nagy. And Yasser, AbdelGayed, Ahmed, Foued, Amina, Menna, Aya, Nagui, Samir, Kareem, Ramez..

I have stayed here a few times before and it was great to get the Usual Incredible Dusit Hospitality. Managers and Desk Team are very accommodating, polite, and understanding. We were upgraded on arrival to an incredible suite, the breakfast was excellent, the proximity to the malls and restaurant's was also first class. 10/10 !
