The resort was amazing, we had an amazing 7 nights stay thanks to the staff and all the services. When we checked in, the receptionist Arands took very good care of us, provided his contact and assisted us with everything, he was amazing and always smiling and helpful, he's great!!! Then in terms of facilities, we had everything we needed, we were in Room 0303 so the location was perfect and super nice, only feedback is that the bar can be noisy at times due to people staying on the balcony till late. Ping pong and pool tables, swimming pool, beach, gym, spa, multiple restaurants: you have everything you need in the resort. The room was clean and Mahmoud took great care of it, always surprising us with new things in the room with towels in different shapes all the time, Mahmoud really deserves to be recognised, he's super nice and always available, we loved him! I would just improve the room, it was a little outdated but always clean! Food was great, plenty of options and always something new every day, we loved the quantity and variety (there are so many options!!) and it was very tasty with fresh things everyday and some live cooking going on everyday, also the staff was great and always ready to clean the table or get us drinks. The choice of desserts was incredible as well! I would just add better variety during snack times both in the lobby bar and at the pool, it was always the same things but the fresh juice during tea time was super good! The animation team is also great, Camilla was always there to share a few words with us and she was keeping us informed about things happening, she really does a great job together with Matteo who's very nice and always involving people for activities. Only feedback about the animation would be to have the daily activities published in the lobby near the stairs to go to the restaurant so it's visible and everyone sees it or share it with a loud speaker, otherwise people might miss stuff happening.

My son loved the aquapark, it’s amazing and one of the best. Snacks and Soft drinks everywhere you go 24hrs A variety of swimming pools for all kind of activities. The facilities on the beach are 100/100 Surffun was one of the very nice experiences we had.

The staff were lovely, respectful and friendly. Special shout to the Market Place restaurant staff. They were amazing! The beach grill staff particularly Mustafa Ahmed was fantastic and can’t thank him enough.

I had no trouble getting to the hotel. Even though I arrived early in the morning, the staff was very attentive and invited me to breakfast at no extra charge. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed for personal comfort.

Perfect stay, well recommended, starting in reception with Mr. Islam, he is a very professional and welcoming person, made my stay comfortable.. Thank you Islam. Not to forget to say thanks to all staff in general and especially Mr. Rami (restaurant), Mr. Husam (bar) and Abdullah (room cleaning). Looking forward to meeting soon.

The resort offers exactly what advertised and it is well worth its 5 stars. I heavily recommend this place to anyone. Also, The location is perfect due to its immediate proximity to the soho square.
