Staff were very friendly. Food was delicious, everyone could find something their taste. Room was clean, towels were changed daily. Lots of adult and children programs were during the day. Beach is close to the hotel, use elevator instead of stears.

My fiancée and I were thrilled with our stay at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort. We received a warm welcome at reception and were informed that we got a complimentary room upgrade. They then escorted us to a stunning, spacious, cool, and clean room, complete with fruits, snacks, and a mini-bar. Our six days there were filled with relaxation and enjoyment. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the guests. The food was delicious and abundant. We always had a wide variety of options available at any time, and we never encountered any lines for meals. There was an extensive selection of bread, snacks, vegetables, fruits, sauces, and drinks. Best of all, there was always meat and fish available. While not lobster, the barbecue featured chicken, beef, lamb, fish, crabs, and shrimp. The food was tasty, and we never experienced any stomach issues. The drink selection was excellent, especially the cocktails based on rum and tequila, which we highly recommend. The hotel also has several à la carte restaurants, but we only visited the French one, which was decent. We didn't see the need to dine elsewhere when the buffet offered such delicious options. A highlight of our stay was the hotel's access to its own reef for snorkeling among tropical fish. It was magical! We rented masks and had an amazing time on the beach, lounging on comfortable sunbeds under umbrellas with cocktails and stunning underwater views. The hotel’s pools were very clean and separated for different preferences, so if you’re traveling without kids and seek peace, there’s a place for you as well. Overall, the hotel was quiet and tranquil. There were activities available, but they were not overly loud. The music wasn’t blasting from speakers at every corner, and any lively evening entertainment took place far from the accommodations. They respect your right to relax.

We had a fantastic stay with a lovely room, offering beautiful pool and sea views. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, from the reception to the pool area. Mr. Jordian Joseph was a true godsend, making everything so much easier for us. Special thanks to Mr. Khalil Islam at reception for his warm welcome and attentive support throughout our stay. Our room was always well-maintained thanks to Emad. The restaurants were clean, the food was delicious, and the buffet had a great variety. The restaurant staff were proactive and eager to assist, especially Ramy in the main and the Italian restaurants, and Latefa in the Paradise restaurant. I highly recommend trying all the dining options. It was a great discovery, and I’ll definitely come back!

The hotel is well situated in Soho square which is full of shops, bars, amenities and fun activities. Everything in Soho square is either included in the savoy all inclusive or can be paid for and is quite cheap. They have ice skating, bowling etc and the area is guarded and secure. The beach was lovely with snorkelling gear available for 5$ and the corals and fish were well worth it. The staff are friendly and accommodating, Youhana and Lena at the reception desk were kind and helpful. The cleaning staff were also on point and the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. The quality of food is high across the restaurants in the hotel area. There’s a heated pool as well which is convenient in winter when it may not be as warm.
