Stuff is so friendly and helpful. Food is amazing (I'm a vegetarian, and I always had a huge selection of dishes to suit my taste. Beach is huge and clean. And even if it's storm in sea, I had the opportunity to swim in shallow water. Animators team is always suggest you a good clubs to spend a night of fun. I highly recommend this hotel!

The views from my room in front of the pool area were breathtaking, making it easy to unwind and soak up the tranquil atmosphere. The staff were so brilliant, every single one of them, from the team at breakfast to the guys at the beach. They couldn't be more helpful. We got half-board and S-Class (not sure what that means) but every single part of the stay was helped by the staff. I couldn't commend them enough!

This is our second times comping, and they exceeded our expectations again. They very so professional and very helpful at all times. The service was amazing, me and my wife really felt welcome by the employees. I want to special thank the front manager Jordian Joseph, he gave the best service, he always made sure we didn’t need anything, and is the main reason we always choose this hotel. Jordian really is the best! and the room service was also top tier. Very immaculate people. I also want to mention Ramy the restaurant manager who makes amazing food, and always met our needs.
