Everything was perfect, we had the best holidays! The manager, Mr Gamal was very communicative and helpful the entire stay. The hotel driver Mr Mahmoud Farahat was great, we had an issue and had to go to hospital, he was kind and stayed with us the entire time! The team is very reliable and respectful, we felt well taken care! Their hospitality is world class! The corals and fish schools at the reef barrier are beautiful! The room is big, shower is good, bed is comfortable and the food was good - highlight to the fresh bread wooden oven baked every meal! We will definitely go back!

I was visiting with my elderly mother. I got a wheelchair from the reception and the hotel is suitable for that.. I loved the beach, I loved the view from the balcony, the staff were friendly, I loved the bbq and a very special thanks to( Chef Mohamed Amin, )he was a hospitable and professional person.

HOTEL: The hotel is very beautiful. It offers different "areas" from quite to party ones. In some areas there are activities (e.g. games, yoga) and music, in other ones it is calm for chilling. BEACH: The beach is sandy. There is the reaf, that is why in the first 30 meters it is not deep enough to swim - in these area you can snorkel and see a lot of colourful fish. After the 30 meters there comes the deep water, where you can sknorkel and dive - you come here via a "bridge". The underwater world was very impressive! We were in December, as it was off-season there were not many people and there it felt like a private beach. The water was fresh, but still possible to go inside. ROOM: We had a very nice big room with sea view. The hotel itsself was quite, but the nearby hotel had music which could be heard a little - it was still possible to sleep good.

Staff was amazing. Clean and really comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Loved my stay there. Their beach and while resort was extremely nice. We initially booked for two days and then extended the stay. They were really kind to let us stay in the same room and waited for us the whole day to pay for the rest of the stay since we were out .

The hotel was beautiful, clean and staff was so kind and take care of their customer. Mr. Ibrahim at reception was so kind and taking care of all of our problems, special thanks to him. Relax pool at the hotel was also so wonderful, bartender and waiters were so nice big smiley faces. Our room was clean and we had all the things we need inside the room. And we were came early due to our flight they let us do early check-in. What can I say more? We will defined think to come here for our next vacation.

The hotel is well situated in Soho square which is full of shops, bars, amenities and fun activities. Everything in Soho square is either included in the savoy all inclusive or can be paid for and is quite cheap. They have ice skating, bowling etc and the area is guarded and secure. The beach was lovely with snorkelling gear available for 5$ and the corals and fish were well worth it. The staff are friendly and accommodating, Youhana and Lena at the reception desk were kind and helpful. The cleaning staff were also on point and the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. The quality of food is high across the restaurants in the hotel area. There’s a heated pool as well which is convenient in winter when it may not be as warm.
