The hotel staff was very understanding. We had purchased a package with breakfast, but we weren't going to be able to have it. So, they prepared a picnic lunch for us. There were a few negative reviews about the hotel, which made me nervous. But my experience was absolutely perfect. Transportation is good, the room is clean, the pool is convenient. If I ever come back to Seville, it's definitely my first choice. ❤️

The location was amazing. The architecture and interior design was fabulous. The air conditioning was so powerful and much needed in the high temperatures of Seville in August. The pool area was very relaxing with amazing views of the Cathedral. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the cleaning staff . The lovely of gesture of leaving gifts in the room each day was such a nice touch. We also received a bottle of cava on arrival. Such a lovely stay.

spotlessly clean. room had everything you need (toiletries, coffee, biscuits, fridge with free soft drinks, beer & water, air con, tv … staff very welcoming. surprised with a bottle of cava in ice bucket when we returned to our room. location is perfect. 6 mins walk to cathedral. 5 mins walk to 24hr parking.

Spectacular hotel! Located in the heart of old city, it’s walking distance from all the great attractions. The hotel is beautiful: all the decoration is based on classical music. The room that we stayed was like a small charming apartment with balcony and a private outdoor area for having breakfast or chilling out. The breakfast is delicious!
