Hotel was in a great location to the ferry port. Staff were excellent and waited beyond check-in time for me to arrive. The hotel is quirky and absolutely immaculate! Bonus for the secured and gated parking area! Phenomenal value for money!

We would like to higly appreciate the lady at the reception (morning shift) for her responsiveness and hospitality. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with delicious breakfast (not included). Commuting trains to the centre are quick, clean and air conditioned. Tickets can be easily bought at the train station Urioste.

The bed was soooo comfortable. Great central location. Vicki is such a great and friendly manager.. We also got a free room upgrade. Internet was fast as my partner was able to hold an online video call.
