The staff was incredibly nice. We were offered a glass of Cava when we arrived and they upgraded our room because at the time we checked in, the ensuite hadn't been booked. Luna, at the bar, was really friendly.

Hotel has great location, also its private access to the sea, enough sun-beds around the pool, professional and kind staff, also the guest clientele is very polite and calm. Been many times on Mallorca but first time in this hotel and Illetas area, we will come back for sure in next years. The staff is really friendly and hardworking, I should also praise the cleaners who really clean the room regularly as well as the waiters who, despite the high temperature, take care of the comfort of the guests by the pool. and Michelle (italian lady) who is available for information on everything.

Convenient location – close to the airport and within walking distance to the Old Town (around 5–10 minutes). Shops and cafés are nearby. The room had a pleasant view of the harbor and was well-equipped with useful items, including beach accessories. Breakfast was tasty and nicely presented, and the view from the hotel was memorable.
