The staff was amazing—we felt completely at home. The saunas were incredibly cozy, and the lobby, with its fireplace, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We had some issues in our first room with the ventilator, and the front desk gave us a new room, and an amazing upgrade, in no time. Lovely bar, nice spa facilities, great location.
