The reception staff were so helpful and welcoming and gave us a map with directions and ideas of where to go.Their English was very good. It was great to have parking underneath the hotel. The location was superb - we were about 5 minutes walk from the main square and felt very safe walking around past midnight.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, room was very modern and clean, breakfast was great. Breakfast staff were particularly friendly and smily, which was a nice start to the day. We only stayed the one night but it was a great stop.

the lady at the reception was exceptional. she helped us with the installation, the taxi, what we can visit, where we can eat well, she was practically like a guide for us! 10+ for her. at the very copious and varied breakfast we were served by an exceptional Russian lady (who says that all Russians love Putin?) who told us about her... we felt like family in this small and chic hotel "Ulysse Montpellier Centre". we recommend it to anyone wholeheartedly!
