The whole dam lot. What a privilage to stay here. Gilly was fantastic, went out of her way to make us feel welcome .Recommend to anyone who doesnt want a boring hotel experience. Here for two nights. Would gladly come back.

The pinnacle of hospitality, just like you would imagine the classy hotels in the old days. Staff is helpful and extremely professional. Even with changes of shifts and a high number of rooms, they take care to remember your name, what you're up to, and are always ready to help. Valet service is friendly, practical and decently priced. The room was large, very clean and tastefully designed. The bar has a nice selection of cocktails expertly made by the bartender.

Beautiful property very close to Putney bridge. Short walk to all of Central Bath. Staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. Rooms gorgeous with fresh roses and lovely facilities. A wonderful breakfast selection and cozy bar. Loved the complimentary Bucks Fizz!
