Great place close to Cardiff centre (about 10 mins by car). Free parking on site. Clean and well equipped rooms. Nice staff. Although the pub is next to the rooms, no noise was heard.

0.5 miles from the Cardiff International Arena, this Novotel has an indoor swimming pool, a gym and restaurant. Shops, nightlife and Cardiff Central Rail Station are all 10 minutes’ walk away.

The hotel is lovely, staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable with good cushions that I fell asleep within a minute. I would highly recommend it.

The staff were particularly pleasant. Seems like a well run hotel. Ideal if you don't need to go into Cardiff. Mattress a bit on the firm side for me.

Everything was great. The friendly receptionist from Nigeria gave us our room two hours before check-in time. View from the room was nice. Spacious room, as requested. Standard breakfast.
