Easy to find and get to, access to main part of town and close to train station and centre, staff were really friendly and helpful and security at night making you feel more safe. Bedrooms spaceous and clean, beds really comfy and relaxing, tea and coffee in your room plenty for your stay, electric powered with your key card so you dont need to worry about if youve left anything on which is really handy, extra pillows if required, towels if you required them, air conditioning in the room also. Theres a menu in your room if you wanted anything to eat or know what they have to offer, theres a bar behind reception so you can have a beverage alcoholic or non alcoholic, Morning staff were friendly and had a laugh when checking out too will definitely be returning soon and recommend this hotel 100%

This hotel is exceptional. I'd like to mention Simon, Rose and Loretta (who when seating us seemed genuinely interested in our comfort and happiness!) in the restaurant. There was also an Italian man (who has lived in Wales for years) who was very helpful and accommodating at dinner. In the spa Linda (another Italian) was really friendly and did a fabulous massage. Bria did a wonderful job making up our room everyday. We would like to thank them all for making our trip to Cardiff so memorable. Apparently the Manager is Mr Parry. I didn't meet him but I think he must be, at the very least, :) a fair person to work for when the staff members are as nice as they were and the general feeling is one of aimable coherence!

This refurbished inn has a modern style, a range of Real Ales and classic pub food. It is in Llandaff village, on the north-western edge of Cardiff.

Staff were amazing. Couldn’t fault how kind, helpful, friendly, and generous they were. Rooms were clean and a decent size for two adults and two kids under 6. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of delicious options. Swimming pool was clean and has a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. Overall, I was absolutely delighted with the Novotel Cardiff.

Very friendly and helpful staff lovely bedroom and very comfortable beds. Perfect location and the breakfast was lovely. We also ate in the bar when we arrived and the food was delicious.
