The gift in my room, on arrival, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was perfect. Check out at 11 am. was much appreciated.

There was nothing we didn't like, the location is perfect only 8 mins from East Midlands Airport, the building is beautiful and the view of the river is stunning , the staff were all very nice and friendly, we had a fantastic evening meal and the breakfast was awesome, we will definitely stopping at this gem again.

After a gruelling weekend at Download and a long drive back to Ireland to think about we decided to stay at Harpurs for a night to recoup.. What a great idea that was. The staff were friendly.. The room was perfect and the shower was hot and well needed.. we went downstairs for a bite and a cure. The food was amazing and very well priced (pizza deal cannot be faulted) the complintary pint went down a treat too... we retreated to the room for the rest of the night and had a great sleep on a very comfortable bed. I think we will make a habbit of this going forward. 10/10

This place is fabulous, we stayed in Oak for 2 nights whilst visiting friends. Everything has been thought of for your comfort, from a super comfy huge bed, home made granola, chocolate brownies on arrival. The outside space is also beautiful but as it's November didn't get the opportunity to use. Thanks to Dan the owner, really helpful and friendly, we will be back.
