The hotel is located in an old building, there are many stairs and passages inside. It didn't bother us. The hotel is well decorated. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is good. I also liked the massage.

Dating back to 1880, this fine Victorian mansion is set 15 minutes’ stroll from the centre of Bath.

Location and food were amazing. The staff went above and beyond for us. Asking how we are and helping us find places to go. Our bikes were dislocated and we needed a tool to tighten them. One of the staff come out with a tool box to assist. So sweet of them. Thank you!

The pinnacle of hospitality, just like you would imagine the classy hotels in the old days. Staff is helpful and extremely professional. Even with changes of shifts and a high number of rooms, they take care to remember your name, what you're up to, and are always ready to help. Valet service is friendly, practical and decently priced. The room was large, very clean and tastefully designed. The bar has a nice selection of cocktails expertly made by the bartender.

This was a great find. Perfect location for the Park and ride into Bath, great facilities. Our bedroom was beautifully presented. I love the Wind in the Willows theme throughout the place. Dinner and Breakfast were excellent.
