    Beautiful room, exceptionally clean and utterly pristine. Wonderful decor throughout the hotel by the interior designer that had been used, making it a lovely place to stay. Breakfast in the dining room was a beautiful experience what with the hotel's uninterrupted, panoramic views over the River and the attentive staff. All staff we encountered were a credit to the Hotel's owners.

    Wonderful, boutique hotel in the middle of Richmond, right next to the riverside. The bar is stunning - great to wind down in after a long afternoon at Twickenham!!

    Great stay, lovely staff and surroundings, beautiful boutique hotel feel with superb service and amenities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The location is stunning.

    Wow. Where to start? What a beautiful boutique hotel on the riverside! Gorgeous decor, beautiful garden and bar and the rooms were super comfy with lots of thoughtful little touches. I booked a double and was worried it would be too small but it was spacious and even had a little balcony so we could open the doors and look out over the river The staff were so lovely too and very personable. I can’t wait to return :)
