This B&B is absolutely unique. It feels like stepping back in time and experiencing the Victorian age. The details are amazing. Although it is an old house it is very clean and comfortable. We had a great night sleep and a delicious breakfast in the morning. Again in the most amazing dining room. Besides the unique setting Alexandr and Paul are very welcoming and perfect hosts. They are kind and were open to all our questions about the house. We will forever remember our stay here and hope to come back.

Lovely location in the hills above Hastings. Very quiet area. The house and rooms clean and nicely furnished. And with all you need. Also, the beds were perfect. The best part, IOP, was Vincent. You can only fall in love with this beautiful person who only has one goal: To make sure you have a nice time! The breakfast was top 10 we ever had in England. I hope I will find time to return to Hastings for another stay. Vincent: this was a fantastic stay!

Beautifully interior designed hotel. Loved the lounge, bar and restaurant areas particularly. The food at dinner was excellent, as was the wine offering. The beach is on the other side of the road and is a lovely long sandy strip next to stunning dunes. Staff were very friendly and professional.
