The room was very comfortable and there was a nice guest lounge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. The setting is beautiful with lovely gardens. You can walk from the hotel. Very good value.

The suite was spotlessly clean, very spacious, well equipped and had a sauna and jacuzzi! Eclectic interior design done very well by the owner who was very helpful. The included breakfast cooked with obvious care was excellent.

Just 3 minutes’ walk from Barrow town centre, the Duke of Edinburgh Hotel offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and a traditional on-site restaurant and bar.

Spacious Rooms, good beds and a nice place to stay. On top of all a lovely pub with very friendly and helpful staff and delicious food and a lot of beers etc. to choose from. And always very good music.

In landscaped gardens on the edge of the Lake District, Grange Hotel has a swimming pool and rooms with free Wi-Fi. Lake Windermere is 5 miles away.

Lovely hotel! Right next to the train station. Proper English breakfast each morning, very lovely staff all around and I especially loved the stylish interior. For some it might be timely, but it really sets itself apart from all these modern hotels which just lack character.

The Midland offers an excellent seafront location and this Grade II* listed Art Deco design building boasts free Wi-Fi, en-suite rooms, a stylish interior an on-site bar.

The service was amazing, as soon as we walked into the dining area we were greeted by Brandon , a Johnny Depp doppelgänger. He was so lovely, super helpful, served us our evening meal and also breakfast. Nothing was too much to ask of him. Our evening meal and breakfast was 5 stars. The manager Andy was wonderful and knowledgeable of the hotels history. Our room , the food the service was 5 star.💗

Superb quality, spotlessly clean, and an amazingly comfortable and luxurious bed, which was so welcome after a midnight arrival off the Isle of Man ferry, I just wasn’t expecting this level of luxury and service at such a budget price, will definitely be staying here again!
