I had a wonderful one night stay.I wish I had stayed longer! I guess I was upgraded to a room at teh upper floor, near the roof top facility. It was great and with a sea vew. Copletely new and welcomming. The guy at the reception was very kind to me and we had a nice chat. He ordered a taxi for me to the airport and everything was smooth

Extremely well located hotel with a rooftop restaurant offering a varied menu, a magnificent view of the old port and succulent dishes. Rooms with a sea view actually have a view so beautiful that photos can't do it justice. Staff very welcoming, attentive, nice and responsive at all times. Highly recommendable, the hotel is well equipped and lacks nothing, and the staff are just like all the Cretans we met: as friendly as possible.

Our stay was amazing. First, the hotel is simply beautiful, with stunning views of the sea and great architecture. The big swimming pool with sea water and the hotel beach were top notches. Our room with a private swimming pool was perfect for a stay with our kid. Indeed, in spite of being a luxury hotel, Amirandes is definitely a place for families. The days' schedules (meals, activities...) seem to always take into account the needs of the youngest clients. The place is also very quiet, we never had any issues for getting good sleep. The staff was always very helpful and polite. The restaurant had a great choice of food which was always pretty tasty.
