The friendly and attentive staff. Welcoming drink was champagne. We had a stench issue with the room that we booked and we were immediately upgraded to a suite, an initiative from the hotel ! Thank you Rixos. The indoor pool and spa facilities for guests were amazing. Breakfast was superb.

For stays longer than 1 night, there is a possibility that the hotel might transfer you to another room.

We loved the sea view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the heated water in the indoor swimming pool a lot since it was still cold to swim in the sea, and the sauna facility was quite nice.

A nice small apartment in the old city of Dubrovnik. The location is excellent, the entire Old City is within walking distance. Everything was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable. It was somewhat noisy at night, but that’s a problem in the entire Old City, not a fault of this apartment. The small kitchenette was functional, and we were able to have breakfast at home. WiFi worked well.

While the apartment is small, it is exquisitely refurbished: the old beams, raised bed, limestone walls and also modern in the kitchen galley unit and bathroom. There were large, wooden shutters we could open and use a drying line for our bathing suits. The exterior lane to the apartment offers a bit of intimacy (and shade) from the open squares in the old city and the crepery/gelato cafe below the apartment was a lovely spot for breakfast :)

Everything was just perfect. This hotel has an excellent atmosphere, the building is magnificent, while all the facilities are entirely up-to-date. The breakfasts and dinners were top quality. And the staff - they are the biggest asset, there is no superlative to describe how friendly and professional they are.
