The location and hotel are absolutely dreamy, but what truly stood out was the incredible staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay perfect. We used the shuttle to Main Street twice a day, including a 2:30 a.m. ride for our Mount Batur tour, and each time, the staff greeted us with kindness and a smile. Rusma from reservations was especially wonderful—she helped us with a late checkout and was flexible and attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of, and her warm smile made everything even better. I even received a canang sari to place outside my room, which added to the special experience. I only wish we had more time. If we ever return to Ubud, we’ll definitely stay here again. The restaurant is fantastic too—the eggplant dish was one of my favorites from the entire trip to Bali!

We loved our stay at Komaneka Rasa Sayang. The staff is very friendly and ready to pamper the guests with everything they need. They really want to please their guests, we felt really well cared for. They listen to every request or question you might have, and they do their best to help you. On one of our tours, my daughter in law mentioned she wanted to try the mangosteen fruit... when we got back to the hotel, the staff came with a basket of mangosteens! The rroms are really spacious, the bathroom is amazing. Everything is super clean. Special thanks to Yoga, Tari, Dian, April, Yuli, Yumi, Ayusri and Onyek. They offered us a wonderful experience with delicious food. And thanks to Juhen, Gede, Indah and Agus from the front desk. They were very helpful and nice. We definitely want to come back!

    Huge rooms, very good breakfast, gorgeous view and lovely staff. The resort is designed so that each guest room has privacy. The resort is close to central Ubud but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the natural setting. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the ambience.
