Bathroom: Wonderful bathroom, very clean and pleasant. Sandstone ambience with a large, spacious shower with rain shower. Plenty of room for a toiletry bag by the sink. Large mirror with LED light. There is a dispenser with a very good smelling lotion. Room: Wonderful room, large, well stocked minibar with enough space for your own drinks in the fridge. Well stocked tea and coffee box, with cocoa, creamer and sugar on a stylish LED cube in pink. Especially positive: iron and board are already ready in the room, there is a bathrobe and slippers. Restaurant: exceptionally good restaurant and room service. Gym: Gym was clean and well equipped. Location: Super location, close to Church Restaurant, right on the river and Temple Bar District. Everything within easy walking distance. Service: Incredibly polite, courteous staff.

The property was very nice. In the evening the lobby area turned into a lively hangout which was inviting. It is within walking distance of a convenience store. The staff was kind and helpful.

Beautiful hotel.. very convenient to Heuston station & only a short trip into the city centre by bus or Luas.. our room was very comfortable on the 1st floor.. food in the bar was very good, we didn't eat in the restaurant.. breakfast on both mornings was excellent..

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. There was some kind of maintenance issue (I don’t recall what it was because it did not affect my stay) and they provided breakfast at no charge for any inconvenience. The breakfast was at a lovely French restaurant downstairs and was delicious.
