Everything! This is our second time and we return directly because of the wonderful experience we have every time. Simply the best place in Tel Aviv, no question. My toddler loves this place and is able to relax because of it's calming energy and positive vibes. Also breakfast is the most delicious.

My stay at this apartment hotel was exceptional - the space was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The fully equipped kitchen was incredibly convenient, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment made laundry effortless. Extremely well organized. I received all informations about my stay via email I followed directions and I had no problem at all. I did received a call from a Sea And Land assistant who gave me his phone number and told me to call any time 24/7.

It is my favorite place to stay in Tel Aviv Hotel has a perfect location and an amazing view from the top to the beach and the sunset. Many restaurants in the area. The beach is close 3-5minutes away. Unfortunately, due to Covid, I was unable to visit for five years, but the staff welcomed me as an old friend because they recognized me. This was a very good feeling for me. The breakfast is very delicious and gives you a good start for your day Rooms are clean and I like the design. I have to go back soon
