Everything was the best. The property is nice, well maintained, but due to one person it makes it special. That is Sanitha. She will make you feel like long time friend. She is the heart and the soul of the hotel. Been many times in India, but its hard to say I met such a person trying to do so much effort for me. She arranged everything, she was making sure we are ok all the time, even when we left the property. If I ever again come back, it would be same, due to her.

Everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service was very good. The pool was excellent with views overlooking the busy waterfront. The room was very comfortable, with included a balcony. The food was excellent.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! We only stayed here for one night but I honestly wish it was more.. Everything was just perfect. Our room was beautiful, overlooking the square! The common/public rooms were beautiful and I would have loved to spend more time in there. And the pool! it was so refreshing , calm and relaxing. Also, the beds were so comfortable!! Everything was just perfect in my opinion!! Would definitely advise anyone staying in Fort Kochi… to stay here!

This was by far the best stay in India during my 2 months travelling. The place is clean and very quiet, hotel manager is super helpful and polite, location is in the center. Hopefully can visit this place soon again.
