Room was very clean and comfortable, service from all staff was excellent and this made our stay really memorable. The additional amenities like the afternoon tea and guided history tour added that little extra to our experience. Location also great for ferries, shops and restaurants. Breakfast options were varied and tasty.

I have stayed at Towe House a number of times previously. I really love this property, right in the heart of Fort Kochi and only a few minutes walk from all the best cafes and restaurants. The rooms are heritage, so don't expect standard modern rooms. But they are comfortable and everything works fine, including air-conditioning. The pool is great and breakfasts are excellent. Staff are lovely. Highly recommended! Tip: all the rooms are different and each has its own charm. First floor rooms are better though. We stayed in Beiganza this time and loved it. If the hotel isn't fully booked you could ask to look at some of the other free rooms, though be aware they are priced differently!

Beautiful and relaxing ambience, loved the setup as we booked two apartments for our family of 8. spacious, basic rooms and comfortable. Very close to cafes and shops. Swimming pool was great, loungers, towels and very clean. Staff very helpful arranging activities like massage and cultural shows. We were given a jug and cups to use which was appreciated. Fridge available but no cooking facilities which is a shame.

Grand Hotel is located in Ernakulam City, 5 minutes’ drive away from the railway and bus stations. It features a 24-hour business centre, 24-hour room service, and free private parking.

The hotel was excellent l, rooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. The bar was a bonus and the bar staff were so kind and helped us with our food order. The main restaurant served one of the nicest breakfasts and evening meal. Customer service was excellent.

Lovely staff, superb location and beautiful layout. The swimming pool was a definite bonus on a humid end of January visit.
