The Garden is breathtaking and with a view over the city it is absolutely beautiful. The parking is perfect. Nice and quite away from the noise of the city. Staff is extremely helpful on all shifts. Highly recommended

Great double bed for the parents and a large sofa bed for the younger one. We slept extremely well also because of the light-blocking curtains. The room was large and included a full desk for the occasional need to use the laptop. We were extremely pleasantly surprised to receive fresh fruits in the morning. The breakfast was very well balanced, a lot to choose from, and very very tasty! Not to forget about the coffee, just right! Staff always attentive and helpful, on the few occasions we asked for it. Close to buses that took us to the city centre. Will definitely consider coming back to this hotel if we return to Rome.

Novotel was the best experience, federico the front desk manager was an angel to us. I booked wrong dates and he accomodated me allowed me free cancelation and was fast as lightening. My 2 daughters loved the bar and friendly staff here. There will be no other place in rome i will stay. Also got free parking for 4 days i stayed here. The room was perfectly cleaned. It was just magical

Very nice and helpful staff. Great location, in the center and quiet enough. I had a room with a large balcony. Very clean. Good and filling breakfast. I recommend it.
