I will definitely start take care with the property's rating on Booking.com. Most guests are European or American, and they value "friendliness", smiling, waving, calling by name and find it beautiful to stay in a homely atmosphere. They don't care about comfort, high standard of services, quality of bed, furniture, shower, 24-hour reception and everything that a reasonable hotel has, expensive investment objective. But they don't give a good evaluation because they consider the treatment to be impersonal. This is the case with this hotel. The breakfast was OK. The view from the room was amazing, because we saw Vesuv. It was great experience to see the vulcano from the other side. We had a halfboard which was very delicious. Traveling by car so the destination was not a big deal. Its set on the big shopping centre.

The rooms were very nice, clean and curtains blocked out all the outside light. Plenty of parking. WiFi was fast but took a couple of times to connect. Our room was next to a busy road but we couldn't hear any traffic.

The property is around 25 minutes from the airport and perfect for a stopover when arriving late. We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing, but a shame that we weren’t there very long. The staff were friendly and helpful and the gardens were lovely. It was quiet too.

we had a great experience and we felt very welcomed! even if it's not the most luxurious hotel, the most important thing is that the staff was really helpful, nice and friendly; rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Also, the breakfast was pretty good! we would definitely recommend! Safe parking place as well!
